First, advocate for local holiday vacation. Advocate the general public to spend the National Day holiday in place, the city tour, reduce cross-city travel, as far as possible without the province. If you do need to leave Ning, pay close attention to the epidemic situation at your destination, understand the local epidemic prevention and control policy in advance, make good travel plans, and do not go to medium and high-risk areas or cities with local epidemics if not necessary. Report and perform nucleic acid testing as required before and after returning to Ning.

When traveling by airplane, train, or long-distance inter-provincial passenger bus, you must strictly comply with the relevant epidemic prevention requirements and have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Strengthen personal protection during travel, ensure green code travel, standardize the wearing of masks and maintain a safe distance.

Second, take the initiative to report trip information. Please register your information in advance through the “Information Declaration System for People Coming to (Returning to) Ning” and take the initiative to report to your unit, community or hotel, and cooperate with the measures of nucleic acid testing, home isolation and health monitoring. The measures. Those who deliberately conceal or fail to report in time and cause the spread of the epidemic will be held legally responsible.

Actively participate in nucleic acid testing. Please ask those who come (return) to Ning from outside the province to take nucleic acid test (“landing test”) within 12 hours after arrival at transportation stations, highway service points, community sampling points, etc., and then take another nucleic acid test (interval greater than 24 hours) within 3 days, during which they are not allowed to participate in gathering activities or enter indoor enclosed places of culture, sports and entertainment. Sixth, strengthen the control of gathering activities. Advocate the general public to reduce the gathering of gatherings, held in simple wedding and funeral marriages.
