On September 26, 2022, a case of indigenous asymptomatic infection with New Crown Pneumonia was found in Jining High-tech Zone. The asymptomatic infected person had previously negative nucleic acid test results several times and abnormal nucleic acid test results in the regular screening of key personnel on 26th. It was rechecked as positive by the city CDC and diagnosed by the expert panel as an asymptomatic infected person with Newcastle pneumonia. Currently has been closed loop transferred to the designated hospital isolation observation.
