To promote graded treatment, give full play to the role of medical association, medical community, vigorously promote the Internet medical services, strengthen the construction of community medical and health institutions, focus on family doctor contracted services to guide patients to primary care, guide home treatment patients to do a good job of self-care, divert the pressure of large hospital visits, to avoid the crowding of medical resources. To focus on the supply of drug reserves, support provincial enterprises focus on key drugs, testing reagents to increase production and expansion, adhere to the patient priority, precise placement, use the online drug purchase platform to reduce the waiting time of the masses, guide the masses to rational drug purchase, scientific use of drugs, timely inclusion of relevant drugs into the scope of health insurance, to maintain the stability of the drug market price order. We should focus on strengthening prevention and control in nursing homes and other key institutions, strengthening the protection of key populations, mapping the bottom line of the elderly, children, patients with underlying diseases, pregnant women, hemodialysis patients and other groups, doing a good job of health management and tracking services, accelerating vaccination, reasonable layout of nucleic acid testing sites, and resolutely guarding the lives and health of the masses.
