From 0:00 to 24:00 on October 27, 2022, the province reported 2 new local confirmed cases, both in Zaozhuang, which were detected at the centralized isolation site. There were 91 new local asymptomatic infections, including 21 cases in Zaozhuang, 18 cases detected at centralized isolation sites and 3 cases detected in high-risk areas; 17 cases in Weihai, all detected at centralized isolation sites; 10 cases in Jining, 8 cases detected at centralized isolation sites, 1 case detected by screening of key personnel and 1 case detected by cross-regional coordination for people returning to Lu from outside the province; 10 cases in Linyi, 6 cases detected at centralized isolation sites, 2 cases detected in high-risk areas and 2 cases detected by community screening; 8 cases in Dezhou, 6 cases detected at centralized isolation sites and 2 cases detected by community screening. 2 cases and 2 cases detected by community screening; 8 cases in Dezhou, 6 cases detected by centralized isolation points and 2 cases detected by key personnel screening; 6 cases in Dongying, 5 cases detected by community screening and 1 case detected by centralized isolation points; 6 cases in Rizhao, all detected by centralized isolation points; 5 cases in Liaocheng, all detected by centralized isolation points (including 2 cases of people entering Lu from outside the province); 4 cases in Zibo, 3 cases detected by community screening and 1 case detected by centralized isolation points. Qingdao 2 cases, 1 case for people returning to Lu from outside the province, detected at the centralized isolation point and 1 case detected by screening of key personnel; Jinan 1 case for people returning to Lu from outside the province, detected at the centralized isolation point; Heze 1 case, detected by screening of key personnel. No new confirmed cases were imported from abroad. There was one new case of asymptomatic infection imported from abroad, in Qingdao, which was imported from the Philippines.

From 0:00 to 24:00 on October 27, 2022, the province discharged 4 cases of local confirmed cases, including 2 cases in Jinan, 1 case in Jining and 1 case in Linyi. There were 15 cases of local asymptomatic infected persons discharged from medical observation, including 3 cases in Tai’an, 2 cases in Zibo, 2 cases in Yantai, 2 cases in Linyi, 2 cases in Liaocheng, 2 cases in Heze, 1 case in Jinan, and 1 case in Jining. The province’s overseas imported confirmed cases discharged 1 case in Qingdao. Three cases of asymptomatic infected persons imported from abroad were released from medical observation, including two cases in Qingdao and one case in Jinan.

As of 24:00 on October 27, 2022, there were 18 confirmed local cases and 432 local asymptomatic infections in the province. The province has 9 confirmed cases of overseas importation and 16 cases of overseas importation of asymptomatic infections.
