Tianjin: Nucleic acid testing in the city on November 13

On November 11, the city epidemic prevention and control command issued the Tianjin City New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command Circular No. 46, which reads as follows.

At present, the city has successive local outbreaks caused by the importation of cities outside of Tianjin, and the risk of social and hidden transmission persists. In order to do a comprehensive job of the city’s epidemic transmission risk screening, early detection, early control, to protect the people’s production and living order and health, the city epidemic prevention and control command decided to November 13 (Sunday) in the city-wide nucleic acid testing. The following is the notice.

I. November 13 (Sunday) from 8:00, the whole area of the personnel nucleic acid testing. Where the general public living in the city, before sampling to maintain in situ static at the time of residence, in accordance with the unified deployment of the district prevention and control command and the street (town), community (village) organization arrangements, orderly to the designated location for nucleic acid testing, without leaving a household, without missing a person. Residents of high school and low risk areas and static management areas, as well as isolation control personnel should strictly obey the local street management. Residents of other areas need to hold the sampling certificate of this nucleic acid screening and the 72-hour nucleic acid negative certificate (both can be checked on Tianjin Digital Epidemic Prevention APP) after sampling to arrange necessary travel.

Second, all people returning to Tianjin from outside Tianjin and those with a history of travel to the epidemic area in our city should take the initiative to report to their communities and units and take the first initiative to undergo nucleic acid testing.

Third, the city’s institutions at all levels, enterprises and institutions at all levels, and all types of public places should strictly implement the responsibility of inspection and strictly check the sampling certificate, 72-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, place code and health code for this nucleic acid screening. For some reason failed to participate in nucleic acid sampling on time, to the jurisdiction of the announced nucleic acid sampling points in a timely manner to ensure that “should be tested as much as possible”.

Fourth, where the nucleic acid test within the specified time should not participate in the test personnel, “health code” adjusted to “yellow code”, to be completed after the nucleic acid test to “green code”.

V. For people within 48 hours after receiving the new coronavirus vaccine, no arrangements will be made to participate in the nucleic acid test for the time being. For staff related to epidemic prevention and control, nucleic acid sampling and testing, and city operation and security, each district will make coordinated arrangements to ensure work travel.

VI. Special Notice

(a) If you have a fever, please do not go directly to the screening sampling site for sampling, but take the initiative to report to the community in advance, obey the unified arrangements of the community, and go to the fever clinic of the district for sampling point to point. If you have symptoms such as dry throat, cough, and loss of smell (taste), you should take the initiative to report to the community, follow the unified arrangement to sample separately and receive flow transfer, and stay still and not go out until the nucleic acid test results are available.

(B) Please actively cooperate with the staff of each sampling site to do a good job in sample collection and street and community management, do not panic, do not create rumors, do not believe in rumors, do not spread rumors. Those who refuse to cooperate, do not support, or are suspected of intentionally evading nucleic acid testing, disrupting the order, concealing, misrepresenting, impersonating, or falsifying information will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

(3) The general public is requested to use the “Tianjin Digital Epidemic Prevention APP” or bring valid documents such as personal information registration QR code, ID card, foreign identity certificate, etc., according to the organization arrangement of the community (village), grid clerk and grid team leader, and go to the designated sampling points for sampling in an orderly manner in different periods.

(4) During the sampling period, please take good care of your personal protection, wear a mask and keep a safe distance to prevent cross infection. Pay attention to take care of the elderly, children, pregnant women and people with mobility problems and other special groups.
