Tianjin to carry out citywide nucleic acid testing on October 14

On October 13, the Tianjin Epidemic Prevention and Control Command issued a notice that nucleic acid testing will be conducted throughout the city on October 14. The full text of the notice is as follows

Recently, positive infections have been detected in Tianjin among people returning to Tianjin from other provinces, and the situation is serious with the risk of epidemic importation and social transmission. In order to further strengthen the potential risk of transmission of the new coronavirus in Tianjin and prevent the risk of importation from outside Tianjin, consolidate the current epidemic prevention and control results, and effectively protect the production and health of the people, the Tianjin Epidemic Prevention and Control Command decided to continue nucleic acid testing in the city on Friday, October 14. The following is the notice.

I. Nucleic acid testing will be carried out for the whole area from 6:00 pm on Friday, October 14. All people living in Tianjin City, before sampling to maintain in situ static in the place of residence at the time, in accordance with the unified deployment of the district prevention and control command and street (town), community (village) organization arrangements, in an orderly manner to the designated location for nucleic acid testing, without leaving a household, without missing a person. Residents of high school and low risk areas and static management areas should strictly obey the local street management. Residents of other areas need to hold the nucleic acid screening sampling certificate and 72-hour negative nucleic acid certificate after sampling can be arranged to work, school and other necessary travel.

Second, all foreigners returning to Tianjin from Tianjin should take the initiative to report to the community and units, and take the initiative to land nucleic acid testing.

Third, the city’s organs at all levels, all levels of enterprises and institutions, all types of public places to strictly implement the responsibility of inspection, to strictly check this nucleic acid screening sampling certificate, 72-hour nucleic acid negative certificate, place code and health code. For those who have not participated in this nucleic acid screening, they should be promptly reminded to go to the nearest nucleic acid sampling site for nucleic acid testing. All districts, industry departments and units should strengthen supervision, management and inspection. The epidemic prevention and control command of each district should strictly implement responsibilities, improve security measures, and enhance efficiency to ensure that “all tests should be conducted”.

For people within 48 hours after receiving the new coronavirus vaccine, no arrangement will be made for them to participate in the nucleic acid test for the time being, and each district will do a good job of filing statistics in advance and making proper arrangements for follow-up testing. For staff related to epidemic prevention and control, nucleic acid sampling and testing, and city operation and security, each district will make coordinated arrangements to ensure work travel.

V. Special Notice

(a) If you have a fever, please do not go directly to the screening sampling site for sampling, but take the initiative to report to the community in advance, obey the unified arrangements of the community, and go to the fever clinic of the district point-to-point for sampling. If you have symptoms such as dry throat, cough, loss of smell (taste), etc., you should report to the community actively, follow the unified arrangements for individual sampling, and accept the flow transfer, and stay at home in quiescence before the nucleic acid test results are available, and do not go out.

(b) The general public is requested to actively cooperate with the staff of each sampling site to do a good job in sample collection and street and community management, not to panic, not to create rumors, not to believe in rumors, not to spread rumors, to refuse to cooperate, not to support, suspected of deliberately evading nucleic acid testing, disrupting the order, concealing, lying, falsifying information, will be strictly investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with the law.

(3) The general public is requested to use the “Tianjin Digital Epidemic Prevention App” or bring valid documents such as personal information registration QR code, ID card, foreign identity certificate, etc., and go to the designated sampling points for sampling in an orderly manner in different time slots according to the organization arrangement of the community (village), grid clerk and grid team leader.

(4) During the sampling period, please take good care of your personal protection, wear a mask and keep a safe distance to prevent cross-infection. Pay attention to take care of the elderly, children, pregnant women and people with mobility problems and other special groups.
