Among them, 5 cases of imported cases (Guangdong 4 cases, Heilongjiang 1 case); 9543 local cases (Guangdong 3143 cases, Guangxi 1807 cases, Fujian 924 cases, Beijing 840 cases, Hunan 413 cases, Shanxi 252 cases, Hubei 252 cases, Chongqing 235 cases, Sichuan 185 cases, Yunnan 169 cases, Jiangxi 162 cases, Tianjin 154 cases, Shaanxi 132 cases, Shanghai (125 cases, 125 cases in Ningxia, 104 cases in Heilongjiang, 84 cases in Shandong, 69 cases in Guizhou, 68 cases in Zhejiang, 52 cases in Xinjiang, 48 cases in Henan, 37 cases in Inner Mongolia, 37 cases in Jilin, 34 cases in Liaoning, 30 cases in the Corps, 29 cases in Hebei, 23 cases in Jiangsu, 4 cases in Gansu, 3 cases in Tibet, 2 cases in Hainan, and 1 case in Anhui). 2787 new cases were cured and discharged on that day, including 18 imported cases from abroad and 2769 local cases (1833 cases in Guangdong, 142 cases in Fujian, 135 cases in Yunnan, 123 cases in Jiangxi, 85 cases in Beijing, 85 cases in Shanxi, 54 cases in Xinjiang, 42 cases in Chongqing, 38 cases in Sichuan, 35 cases in Shaanxi, 26 cases in Zhejiang, 23 cases in Tianjin, 20 cases in Hebei, 17 cases in Heilongjiang, 16 cases in Shanghai, 15 cases in Jiangsu, 15 cases in Ningxia and 16 cases in Shanghai. As of 24:00 on January 5, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 92,184 confirmed cases (including 5,016 severe cases), 373,256 cumulative cured cases, 5,264 cumulative fatal cases, 471,373 cumulative reported confirmed cases, and 117 existing suspected cases.
The total number of confirmed cases received from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan is 9503393 cases. Among them, 520685 cases in Hong Kong SAR (115,033 discharges and 12,149 deaths), 3009 cases in Macao SAR (2682 discharges and 63 deaths), and 8979699 cases in Taiwan (13742 discharges and 15383 deaths).
