Recently, six people were punished in Linqu, Weifang for not implementing the measure of “sweeping every entry” and not conducting nucleic acid testing on time.

On September 16, 2022, the police at the Shanwang Police Station of the Linqu County Public Security Bureau found that Han Mou, the person in charge of a dumpling store in the district, failed to implement the “place code” scanning and inspection measures for customers entering the store during the business process. The public security organs according to the “People’s Republic of China Public Security Management Punishment Law” provisions, according to law, Han shall be administratively punished.

On September 16, 2022, the police of Shanwang Police Station of Linqu County Public Security Bureau found that Wang Mou, a noodle shop employee in the district, failed to implement the “place code” scanning and inspection measures for customers entering the store in the course of business. On September 13, 2022, the police of Yishan Ecological Police Station of Linqu County Public Security Bureau found that Liu, the owner of a village home appliance supermarket, had not implemented the required frequency of nucleic acid testing. The public security authorities imposed administrative punishment on Liu in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishment.

On September 17, 2022, the police of Xinzhai Police Station of Linqu County Public Security Bureau discovered in the course of their work that Zhao, a migrant worker in the district, did not perform the required frequency of nucleic acid testing during his employment in Linqu from September 10 to 17, 2022. The public security authorities imposed administrative punishment on Zhao in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishment.

On September 16, 2022, the police at Yeyuan Police Station of Linqu County Public Security Bureau found that Tian, a fish restaurant employee in the district, failed to perform the required frequency of nucleic acid testing. The public security authorities imposed administrative punishment on Tian in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishment.

On September 16, 2022, the police of Wujing Police Station of Linqu County Public Security Bureau found that Chen, a barbershop employee in the district, did not perform the required frequency of nucleic acid testing. The public security authorities imposed an administrative penalty on Chen in accordance with the provisions of the Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China.
