The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

A. Since 0:00 on October 8, 2022, the city has implemented temporary region-wide silent management. During the period of silent management, the city maintains a state of silence, implements traffic control and restricts the movement of people. In principle, no entry or exit, consciously home.
