I. Sampling arrangements

October 31 – November 2 to carry out Jinshui District, Erqi District, Zhongyuan District, Guancheng Huizu District, Huizi District, Zhengdong New District, Economic Development Zone, High-tech Zone nucleic acid screening work, daily 7:00 a.m. to start sampling work, 13:00 to complete sampling work.

II. Sampling target

Residents of Jinshui District and other eight urban areas (including local permanent residents, temporary residents, temporary floating population, foreign population, etc.).

If you are unable to participate in nucleic acid testing in our city during the nucleic acid screening period for reasons such as being away for a short period of time, you may conduct your own nucleic acid testing in your local area after the announcement, provide proof of negative nucleic acid testing within 24 hours, and report to the community (village) where you live.

III. Sampling locations

Sampling points are divided into fixed sampling points and mobile sampling points. Residents are requested to go to the nearest sampling points for sampling and testing in principle, in accordance with the organizational arrangements of community (village) and group staff.

IV. Special Notice

(a) For residents who do not participate in the nucleic acid screening on the same day, the health code will be reminded by a pop-up window. If they cause the spread of the epidemic, they will be held legally responsible in accordance with the “Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Law of the People’s Republic of China” and other relevant regulations.

(b) Residents are requested to actively cooperate with the sampling and staff to do a good job of sample collection. For those who refuse to cooperate, do not support the work of nucleic acid testing, disrupt the order, conceal, misrepresent or falsify information, the public security authorities will strictly pursue legal responsibility according to law.

(C) please residents in accordance with the community (village) organization arrangements, must be in an orderly manner to the designated sampling points within the specified time each day for sampling, in order to ensure that the full screening does not miss a household a person. People with smart phones show the nucleic acid test registration QR code (or Zhenghao code) in the “Zhenghao Office” APP on site, and people without smart phones should bring the paper nucleic acid test registration QR code (or Zhenghao code) printed in advance.

(d) Residents are requested to do a good job of personal protection during the sampling period, wear disposable medical masks throughout the whole process, take the initiative to accept the temperature test, and maintain an interval of more than 2 meters, avoid gathering and talking with each other, complete the sampling work in an orderly manner according to the guidelines of the field staff, and consciously maintain the order of the site.

(E) vaccinated with the new coronavirus vaccine personnel not more than 48 hours people do not participate in the test, must promptly explain the situation to the community (village) staff, provide proof and good registration.
