In order to effectively stop the spread of the epidemic in a timely manner, we now issue a notice on matters related to the management of Zhenjiang City’s “Sukang Code” assigned yellow code and transfer code.

On September 27, a case of positive nucleic acid test for the new coronavirus was found in a non-closed-loop management key personnel screening in Jingkou District, Zhenjiang. In order to effectively stop the spread of the epidemic, the city “Sukang code” assigned yellow code and transfer code management related matters are announced as follows.

A. Assignment of yellow code objects

The yellow code will be assigned to those who are accompanied by the activity trajectory of the positive nucleic acid test for the new coronavirus and will be managed according to the “Sukang Code” yellow code.

B. The way to transfer yellow code to green code

The personnel who are given the yellow code need to carry out 3 days of health monitoring (abnormalities reported in time), and to the designated nucleic acid testing special sampling points for yellow code personnel (see annex) for two nucleic acid tests (day 1, 3), if the results are negative, can be automatically converted to green code. Yellow code personnel who meet the conditions of the transfer code can not automatically transfer the code, with relevant certificates to the local community (village), street (town) registration, and apply for yellow code to green code matters.
If the public found that the yellow code assigned to the code is not accurate, you can promptly report to the community (village), registration, after the community (village), street (town) summary review, by the city, district CDC is responsible for transferring the code.

Third, other notes

Please take the initiative to register in your community (village), comply with the relevant epidemic prevention regulations, do not go in and out of places where people gather, do not participate in gathering activities, and take the nucleic acid test, and do your personal protection when you go, do not take public transportation, wear a mask throughout, and keep a safe distance of more than 1 meter from others.
If you need to consult a doctor during this period (yellow code), go to the nearest fever clinic, do not take public transportation, take personal protection and wear a mask throughout the visit. You should bring a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours when you visit the clinic, if you cannot provide it, the receiving hospital will be responsible for sampling and testing. For those who need regular medical services (such as maternity, hemodialysis, radiotherapy, etc.), please contact the original hospital in advance, so that the original hospital can make arrangements for medical treatment.
Yellow-coded personnel who are under centralized isolation or home isolation or home health monitoring will be transferred to green-coded by the centralized isolation site and the community where the personnel are located after the expiration of the health management period in accordance with the regulations.
Anyone who fails to comply with the epidemic prevention and control regulations or fails to participate in nucleic acid testing causing the spread of the epidemic will be held responsible according to law.
