All medical institutions, except for newly admitted patients and accompanying personnel to check the results of nucleic acid testing, the rest no longer check the negative nucleic acid test certificate.

Second, advocate no sampling and medication without symptoms. The city at all levels of party and government organs, enterprises and institutions asymptomatic and mildly ill cadres and workers according to their physical condition and job needs, good personal protection can go to work normally.

Third, the establishment of medical supplies production and supply assurance mechanism, the organization of key pharmaceutical production and distribution enterprises to grasp the production of medical supplies, procurement of drug reserves, timely distribution of drugs to medical institutions and convenient pharmacies. Resolutely crack down on hoarding, raising drug prices and other disruptive behavior in the pharmaceutical market order.

Fourth, strengthen the construction of Internet hospitals to further facilitate the masses to ask for medical advice online and divert the pressure of fever outpatient clinics in medical institutions. Establish green referral channels for elderly institutions and medical institutions to guard the health of the elderly.
