Sichuan Pengshan more than 3,000 party members to build a firm epidemic prevention and control "red line of defense"

Since the outbreak of the current round of epidemic in Meishan on September 30, party members and cadres at all levels in Pengshan District have been mobilizing on orders and assembling quickly to stand firm on the front line of epidemic prevention and control. In the complex old neighborhoods, in the most risky isolation sites, in the first traffic chokepoints, countless communist vanguard and party commando team to stand in the forefront of the Pengshan epidemic prevention “battle”, with practical action to build the epidemic prevention and control security line.

“Please put on your masks, line up, keep your distance and go back as soon as possible after doing the nucleic acid.” At the nucleic acid testing site on Fei Shan Road 2, Xie Xiaolan, former secretary of the mobile party branch in Lhasa, Tibet, has reported to the party branch in the area, and together with the community staff, she actively maintains order at the nucleic acid testing site. “As a party member, you should be in the front.” Xie Xiaolan said, “I believe that through everyone’s efforts, we will be able to complete the task of epidemic prevention and overcome the epidemic as soon as possible.”

Not only that, party members and cadres from various organs in Pensan District also actively sank to the community and fought on the front line of epidemic prevention. “Our organ party branch and Fengming street in the community 16, 17 grid party branch twinning co-construction, the organs of 27 party members and cadres all reported to the community, to help carry out the work of the card gate guard, order maintenance, interpretation and publicity.” Pensan District Culture, Radio and Tourism Bureau organs Party Committee Secretary Cai Zhili said.

A party member is a banner, a branch is a fortress. Under the leadership of the party organization and party members volunteers, the Pengshan District Red Cross volunteer team, the Le Ling volunteer service team and the You Ren volunteer service team and other public welfare organizations, as well as various women’s volunteer service teams, youth volunteer vanguard teams are also active in the epidemic prevention front line, fully mobilizing the strength of all parties to participate in the epidemic prevention work, forming a concerted effort to grasp the epidemic prevention synergy.

Up to now, there are more than 80 departments and units in Pensan District, with a total of more than 3,000 party members and cadres reporting to communities (grids) and residential areas, and 1,243 party members and cadres serving as micro-grid leaders, following the deployment of community (grids) and community party organizations to take practical action to build a “red line of defense” for epidemic prevention and control.
