Notice on strengthening the prevention and control of the epidemic in some areas within the city walls

In order to quickly and effectively interrupt the spread of the epidemic and effectively protect the health of the city’s citizens, according to the provisions of the “New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Program (Ninth Edition)”, and after comprehensive analysis and judgment, it has been decided to strengthen the prevention and control of the epidemic in some areas within the city walls as follows.

I. Regional scope

The area from Anding Gate (West Gate) to Changle Gate (East Gate) of Xi’an City Wall (north of East and West Street), east of North Madao Lane and Union Lane, south of Shuncheng North Road and west of Shuncheng East Road.

Second, the work requirements

(A) minimize the movement of people. The above-mentioned areas of the community, units only retain 1 entrance and exit, the implementation of 24-hour duty guard, in addition to the participation of the epidemic prevention and control of personnel, all personnel to minimize the flow, the implementation of home office, study. Those who really need to leave this area due to special circumstances need to be approved by their community and hold a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours.

(b) Take the initiative to report and cooperate in the implementation of control measures. The city’s citizens who have a history of living in the city’s medium and high risk areas and the above-mentioned areas within the last 7 days should take the initiative to report to their communities, units and hotels and cooperate with the implementation of control measures. Those who have visited the key risk sites involved in positive cases in the above-mentioned areas within the last 7 days (see the list of key risk sites at the end of the article) and have left the area, implement 7-day home quarantine measures; those who work in stores along North Street in the above-mentioned areas implement 7-day home quarantine measures; those who have visited the above-mentioned areas within the last 7 days and have left the area and have not visited the key risk sites, implement self-health monitoring and complete nucleic acid Testing “5 days 3 tests”, during the period not to take public transport, not to go to public places. Control measures to implement the time from the date of leaving the above-mentioned areas.

(3) Do the nucleic acid testing and health monitoring carefully. Residents are requested to actively cooperate with the flow transfer and participate in the nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner as required. Consciously comply with all epidemic prevention and control regulations, strictly implement personal prevention and control responsibilities, maintain good hygiene habits, and report fever, cough and other symptoms at the first opportunity. If you receive a risk alert SMS, implement prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing and reporting in strict accordance with the SMS requirements.

(D) Efforts to serve and protect the lives of the people in the enclosed area. Promote “non-contact” distribution of supplies. Care for the elderly living alone, the disabled, pregnant women and other special groups. For patients with acute and critical medical needs, maternity and chronic diseases, they can apply for “point-to-point” transportation by community vehicles.

(E) Seriously investigate and punish illegal acts of epidemic prevention and control. The general public is requested to pay attention to the release of official information in a timely manner and not to create rumors, spread rumors, or disbelieve rumors. Those who conceal, omit or lie about personal information causing the spread of the epidemic, falsify information, create rumors and create trouble, refuse to cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control, and disrupt the social order will be held responsible according to law.

The regional scope, time and related measures in the above measures will be dynamically adjusted according to the flow investigation, nucleic acid testing and epidemic risk assessment results.
