On September 25, 0-24 hours, there were 4 new cases of asymptomatic infections in the city, 3 of which were found in the centralized isolation site and 1 in the nucleic acid test in the key area, all of which have been transferred to the designated hospital for isolation medical management in a closed loop. There were no new abnormalities in nucleic acid testing at the social level in the city. In order to further improve the prevention and control of the current epidemic and effectively protect the health and safety of the general public, the following matters are hereby notified.

I. Continue to carry out regional nucleic acid screening. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the National Epidemic Prevention and Control Program (9th edition), regional nucleic acid screening will continue to be conducted in the main urban area (Gulou District, Yunlong District, Quanshan District, Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xuzhou Huaihai International Port Area) and some streets in Tongshan District, with the sampling time and specific arrangements subject to local notification. Please actively participate in the public, take the initiative to participate in nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner at designated locations; when entering public places and taking public transportation, take the initiative to show proof of negative nucleic acid testing within 48 hours.

Second, strict control of large gatherings of activities. The city’s organs and enterprises at all levels should conscientiously fulfill their responsibility for epidemic prevention and insist that no training, exhibition, cultural performance or other large gathering activities be held unless necessary. If they do need to hold them, they should strictly implement preventive and control measures such as scanning registration and checking negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours in accordance with the principle of “who organizes, who is responsible, who holds, who is responsible”. The general public is invited to reduce the non-essential flow as much as possible in the near future, and advocate the simplicity of white events, red events, and insist on not gathering, not piling up.

Third, to strengthen the overall management of public places. The implementation of the “full area with the code open, the entire staff to scan the code to enter”, all kinds of public service places, business class places to take the initiative to apply for “place code”, and posted at the entrance in an obvious location. All kinds of public places, especially medical institutions, transportation stations, farmers’ markets, supermarkets, hotels and other key places to strictly check, strictly prevent the code does not sweep, sweep the code does not check, check the code is not strict. The units should implement the epidemic prevention measures, and effectively strengthen the health monitoring of employees, and urge key positions to “be tested to the fullest”.

Fourth, strengthen the management of people returning to Xu. People from outside the province to return to Xu to take the initiative to report their trip in advance, through the “Xuzhou Health Bao”, 12345 government hotline, or directly call the community (village) unit (hotel) phone to report. Advocate in the first time to complete the “landing inspection” in Xuzhou, do not participate in the gathering activities within 7 days, do not go to the crowd gathering places. Communities (villages), hotels (guest houses) and reception units should strictly check the “landing inspection” of people returning to Xu from outside the province. People returning to XU from infected areas should strictly implement the “four no’s”, conscientiously implement health management measures, and effectively be the first person responsible for their own health.
